Branded scan, pentest, and compliance reports
The organization brand applies to generated HTML, PDF, executive summary, pentest, and compliance reports. Preview HTML and download a sample PDF in Settings before a client send.
Prepared for overlay
One agency brand pack, not a logo per client. When you copy a client link, optionally enter Prepared for and an engagement title so that report reads as prepared for that company.
Time-limited client view
Copy client link or email the client. They open /r/{token} with no Vulnify login. In-app sends last 14 days. Expired links stay dead; create a new one from Scan History or the pentest workspace.

How to brand and send a report
Save the organization cover first. Then copy a client link from a real scan or pentest.
Confirm Team or Enterprise
White-label is included on Team and Enterprise. Free and Pro keep Vulnify branding. Org owner or admin can save branding. Members can usually view the card but cannot upload a logo or hide Vulnify.
Fill White-Label Reports in Settings
Open Settings and the White-Label Reports card. Set company name, colors, cover subtitle, footer, disclaimer, and support line. Upload a PNG or JPEG for PDF, or SVG for HTML. Save, then Preview report and Download sample PDF.
Hide Vulnify when the cover is ready
Enable Hide Powered by Vulnify only after the organization has white_label. Save again and download a new sample PDF. Files created before the save still look old.
Send a client link, not a dashboard URL
From Scan History, Dashboard, or the pentest workspace, choose Copy client link or Email to client. Optional prompts ask for Prepared for and engagement title. The client opens https://vulnify.app/r/{token}. Do not send /report/{domain}/{date}.
Expectations
What to expect
White-label completes organization branding. It is not a second report system and not a client login portal.
No logged-in client portal
Clients do not create Vulnify accounts. Delivery is branded HTML or PDF, a share link, and optional email. Per-client brand packs and reseller splits are not included.
Logo format matters for PDF
If HTML preview shows the mark and the sample PDF does not, re-upload PNG or JPEG instead of SVG, stay under 1 MB, save, and download a new sample.
Share links expire
In-app Copy client link uses 14 days. Links can last 1 to 90 days. If the client bookmarks an expired URL, create a new token. There is no self-serve recovery login.

Same agency brand. Copy client link, enter Acme Retail and Q3 checkout review. Next month a different client uses the same logo with a new overlay.
Expired link on day 16
The client bookmarked /r/{token}. The in-app send was 14 days. Scan History still has the scan. Copy client link creates a fresh token.

How to
If the client cannot open the report
Work through these checks before assuming branding is broken.
Confirm they opened a /r/ link
Copy client link creates https://vulnify.app/r/ followed by a token. If they used /report/domain/date, send the branded share link instead.
Check whether fourteen days passed
In-app sends last 14 days. Expired tokens stay dead. Create a new Copy client link from Scan History, Dashboard, or the pentest workspace.
Prove the cover with sample PDF
If HTML preview has the logo and PDF does not, upload PNG or JPEG under 1 MB, save, and download a new sample. Files created before the save still look old.
